Diagnostics & quotes

Diagnosis is free of charge. A written quotation is issued before any recovery work begins and is valid for 14 days. Work starts only after your approval of the quote.

No data, no fee

If the agreed target data cannot be recovered, no recovery fee applies. Parts ordered specifically for your case (e.g. donor drives) may be charged at cost where agreed in advance.

Devices & liability

Devices received are already in a failed or damaged state; opening a drive in a clean-lab environment is often required and may prevent the device being returned to working order. Our liability is limited to the recovery service fee paid. Unclaimed devices are stored for 30 days after case closure, after which they may be recycled securely.

Payment & delivery

Payment is due upon successful verification of recovered data, via the Nomod payment link or bank transfer stated on your invoice. Recovered data is released after payment confirmation and retained for 7 days post-delivery, then securely wiped.
