Privacy Policy

Dubai Data Recovery (a division of Royal Step Computer Solutions L.L.C) collects only the information needed to run your recovery case: your name, contact details, device information and the data required to perform recovery. We never sell personal information, we never share your recovered files with third parties, and case files are accessible only to the engineers assigned to your booking.

Your data during recovery

Devices are handled exclusively in our Dubai laboratory. Recovered data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled systems, verified with you at delivery, and securely wiped 7 days after handover confirmation. Signed NDAs are available for every case on request.

Website data

Booking and tracking forms store the details you submit so we can process your case and send status updates by email. We use no third-party advertising trackers. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing cs@dubaidatarecovery.com.

Payments

Online payments are processed by Nomod on their secure PCI-DSS compliant pages; card details never touch our servers. Bank transfers are received into the company account stated on your quotation.
