How we recover your data
RAID promises redundancy, but arrays fail in cascades: one disk degrades silently, a second fails under rebuild stress, or a controller dies and takes its configuration metadata with it. The fatal mistake is forcing a rebuild on original disks — one wrong parameter permanently overwrites parity. Our process never touches originals: every member disk is imaged first, the array geometry (order, block size, rotation, offset) is reconstructed mathematically from the clones, and the virtual array is mounted read-only to extract data. We recover RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, JBOD and proprietary layouts from Dell PERC, HP SmartArray, Synology SHR, QNAP and software RAID under Windows, Linux mdadm and ZFS.
From booking to delivery
Every Sakamkam case follows the same disciplined path. First, free collection and intake photography, so the device condition is documented. Second, diagnosis in a controlled environment — imaging tools read the media without writing a single sector back. Third, you receive a written quote by email with a UAE VAT-format PDF, an online payment link and bank transfer details. Only after your approval does recovery begin. Finally, recovered files are verified with you over a call or in person, delivered on a new drive or secure download, and wiped from our systems 7 days later.
